Shipping & Delivery

90% of the products sold on our US site are shipped from California using United States Postal Service (USPS). Our shipping estimator at checkout will calculate shipping cost based your destination and items in your shopping cart. We use Priority Mail shipping methods where we can offered by USPS for shipping US wide and Canada. These services has tracking available and provide speedy delivery with tracking for security and your peace of mind. You will have the option to select which method you would like us to use on checkout. Some of our products might be shipped from Hong Kong, UK, or Sydney, and we will notify you accordingly if this is the case.

* Note:

  • The estimated arrival times are taken directly from information provided by our couriers. These are estimates only, GadgetGear is not responsible if this varies.
  • Goods will need to be signed for. Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available.
  • If goods are returned to GadgetGear because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the carriage is not refundable.
  • In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to use alternative couriers (we will notify you accordingly).
Returns & Replacements

If your goods arrive faulty or develop a fault within the first 10 days, you can return them to GadgetGear for refund or replacement. Please contact us if you wish to return faulty items. Our returns team will process your claim and if approved we will issue you with a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) number along with an address to send the faulty items to. Please do NOT send any goods to us prior to receive the RMA number. Doing so will result in delays and disappointment. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to GadgetGear and the shipping fee is non refundable. We will investigate the returned items and if determined to be faulty, we will contact you for refund or replacement. GadgetGear reserves the right to refuse to refund or replace, examples where we may refuse a return include, but not limited to:
  • The returned item(s) is/are incomplete or has missing parts.
  • Not returned in its original packaging.
  • Shows physical damage to the product not caused by transit.
Due to the costs involved with processing returns and cancellations, a 15% re-stocking/cancellation fee may apply for change of mind returns/cancellations.
Payment Methods

We accept Paypal, eCheques, and Visa / Mastercard, Solo, JCB, Maestro payments (via Worldpay) only. Pick up, money order, personal cheque, company cheque, cash on delivery, and bank deposit are not accepted.

** Note:

  • GadgetGear reserves the right to check customers credit card details by asking for extra information to be supplied on any purchase. Failure to provide these details will void the transaction and the transaction will be refunded.
  • Purchases made by Paypal eCheques will not be sent until funds have been cleared.
